What is an activation code?

Paid access to the SMLE Study System for a specific period — usually 3 months. Codes come from a friend who bought a group pack, or from your college or batch.

How do I redeem a code?

Sign up, open Redeem from the top menu, paste the code, and submit. Your access activates immediately.

I already have access — what happens if I redeem a code?

Your access is extended. The new time stacks on top of what you already have; you never lose days you've paid for.

I bought a group pack — can I redeem my own code?

No need. Buying a pack activates your access automatically. The remaining codes are for your friends.

How do group pack codes work?

One person buys the pack, which covers a set number of people. They're activated right away and get one code for each of the remaining spots to share with their study group. Each code works once and unlocks the same full access.

How do college & batch codes work?

These codes are arranged directly with us — there's no self-serve portal. Whether it's run by your college or a batch leader, if your group works with us they'll hand you a code to redeem.

Studying happens in the mobile app (iOS and Android). The website is for buying, redeeming codes, and managing your account.

What happens when my access ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your progress, history, and weak-area data stay. Renewing reactivates everything where you left off.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account yourself from account settings — in the app (iOS and Android) or on the web. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and study data.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Support is here to help with account or technical issues, but we don't issue refunds.
