Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds on web purchases. Access is a digital product delivered immediately, so all purchases are final. If something has gone wrong with your order, contact support and we will look into it — see the exceptional cases below.

We do not offer refunds.

1. Non-refundable by default

All web purchases — fixed-duration plans and group packs — are sold as final-sale digital access and are non-refundable, whether or not you have started using the Service. This reflects the immediate-delivery exception under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

2. Exceptional cases

If your situation is exceptional — for example a duplicate charge, a charge you did not authorise, or a clear technical failure that prevented access — email support@smlerounds.com and we'll look into it. We review each case individually and decide at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. What is not refundable

Access you simply no longer wish to use.
Purchases made by mistake (wrong plan or duration).
Group-pack or activation codes that have been redeemed.
Remaining time on a plan when a new plan is added on top of it.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Opening a chargeback before contacting support may result in your account being suspended pending review. We are responsive and would rather resolve it directly.

5. Activation codes

Codes are non-refundable once issued — pack codes activate at redemption and college/group codes at distribution. Unredeemed codes that are still active can be re-sent from your account.

6. App Store and Google Play purchases

Refunds for in-app purchases made on iOS or Android are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot directly refund a store transaction — please use the App Store or Google Play refund flow. We will still help where we can.
